What to eat at MICHELIN STAR Restaurant & cattle farm in Spain?

That morning, Khoai and people from Provacuno group headed to Slamanca in the north of Madrid, Spain. We had a meeting there and saw the raising process as well as learnt about the raising standard of Europe in general and Spain in particular. In the afternoon, we were served lunch with beef. In my opinion, this was the best meal in this trip.
Leaving Salamanca to back to Madrid. That night, I was invited to have dinner at a Michelin Star restaurant by people from Provacuno organization.
It was right on the occasion of the Eurasian theme, Silk Road. With this theme the chefs will use spices, food from the countries where the silk road passes. Delicious and beautiful dishes, luxurious space in the center of Madrid...It was a day of work but still comfortable.
