I’m 5’1 and my toxic
I’m 5’1 and my toxic trait is that I used to think yoga, pilates and stretching would make me taller🤡
I didn’t know for the longest time that THIS was why I looked bulky👇🏼
the layer of fat sitting on top of my muscle
(NOT my muscle itself)
if you want to “tone” as a petite, you need to focus more on:
💫PFF (Protein, Fat & Fiber) in every meal (aka, my petite-friendly foods system!)
💪full body workouts with weights that help you build muscle and burn fat at the same time
🧿consistency & mindset: it takes petites 2x as long to lose weight
