I want to extract data from CORDEX NetCDF files by describing 3 ways for doing it:
1- Using CordexDataExtractor Tool
2- Using Open NC File
3- Using Online rotation tool and Netcdf-Extractor. In this way, you can use any Programming language instead of Netcdf-Extractor such as Matlab, R,...
In this example, I want to extract data from the EUR domain for this point(lat=47, lon=12). These are the regular coordinates of my station. I should convert it to a rotated coordinate for the EUR domain. In the #CordexDataExtractor and Open NC File tool, the rotation process will be done on behind code but for using Netcdf-Extractor or Matlab or R, you should convert the non-rotated(regular) coordinate to a rotated one. So you can use our online tool.
