Bread or all purpose flour 350 g (2 + 1/2 cups)
Lukewarm milk 210 ml
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Unsalted butter 25 g (2 tbsp)
Whole egg 55 g +-
Fillings:
Onion Medium size 150 g
Peeled potato 150 g
Ground beef 200 - 250 g
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Salt 4-5 g (less 1 tsp)
Basil leaves 1/2 tsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Cooking oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
pan size 9”
