Hapoy Thanksgiving! I'm Mayra from Low Carb Love and today we are going to be making 0 Carb KETO Brussel Sprouts and Bacon! How to Make The Best Crispy Brussel Sprouts for Thanksgiving
BEST KETO BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH BACON!...
Ingredients
1lb of brussels sprouts
4 to 5 strips of bacon
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of allulose or if using monk fruit or other sweetener 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon of olive oil or avocado oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400
Chop brussel sprouts and place in a baking dish.
Fry bacon until crispy (not over cooked because we will be caramelizing in the oven).
Pour bacon and bacon grease over brussel sprouts.
Add sweetener, salt, pepper, and add oil. Oil is optional if you don't have enough bacon grease.
Toss and bake for 20 minutes
Check until tender.
