Ingredients for wet batter
Flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for coating
Flour 1 cup
Cornflour 2-3 tb
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chilli 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Mix and set aside
✨method
Preheat oil for 3 -5 min put chicken strips in dry batter cover it and shake off excess flour put strips one by one in oil deep fry for 8-9 min until golden colour . Enjoy with your favourite sauce 😋
