I shared the exact size of the baklava recipe and its preparation with you.
I divided it into 40 pieces as meringue, but it turned out to be a baklava with more than 60 layers because of the pieces I put in between.
I used walnuts, you can use peanuts if you want.
When you melt the butter, be sure to remove the white foam that forms on it.
If you are not going to sherbet the baklava right away, prepare the syrup later and pour the cold syrup on the baklava while it is warm.
If you want to sherbet immediately; First, prepare the syrup, let it cool to room temperature, and pour the syrup when the baklava comes out of the oven and is warm.

A list of materials
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of milk
1 teaspoon of yogurt
1 teacup of oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of baking powder
Flour as much as it takes (about 4.5 cups)
To open ;
Starch up to 200 g
Over;
1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of sunflower oil
A little less than 1 teaspoon of olive oil
For sherbet;
4.5 cups of granulated sugar
5 glasses of water
few drops of lemon juice
Cook until golden brown at 175 degrees fanless upper and lower grill setting, reduce to 160 degrees and continue cooking. My oven baked in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cooking time may vary. Do not cook with a fan, it dries out.
