YOU CAN MAKE A CRISPY BAKLAVA AND COUNT THE LAYERS OF IT ONE BY ONE! EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO ROLL A DOUGH THIN, YOU CAN MAKE THIS EASILY WITHOUT A THIN ROLLING PIN! I TELL YOU MANY IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT IT IN THE VIDEO! INGREDIENTS I used a 35cm tray, but you can use a 40cm tray too. I used a 200ml glass and a 130ml tea glass. 1 egg 1 tea glass of oil 1 glass of water 1 tablespoon of vinegar (grape or apple) 1 level teaspoon of salt 4 glasses of flour (add gradually) -The consistency of the dough should be like the one in the video. -I used first class baklava flour. 1 sachet of baking powder -Let the dough rest for 1 hour. Then cut the dough into 4 pieces and cut every piece into 10 pieces to make 40 lumps of dough. -Every lump of dough is 22g. -I used 150g of wheat starch but if you do not have it at home, you can use corn starch too. -Boil 300g of butter to separate it from the milk in it. -Add 1 glass of oil in it and grease the baklava with it. -I put walnuts in it but you can put whatever you want. FOR THE SYRUP Add 4 glasses of granulated sugar into 3 glasses of water and boil it. Then lower the heat and keep boiling for 5 to 8 minutes. Then add lemon in it. There was approximately 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in my lemon. Boil it for 2 minutes and add 1 level teaspoon of citric acid in it. Do not add to much citric acid, otherwise it'll taste sour. Adding it will prevent it from being sugared. CHOOSE THE FAN SETTING AND BAKE IT AT 200 DEGREES IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL IT RISES, BAKE AT 180 DEGREES FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES, THEN CHOOSE THE CONVENTIONAL SETTING AND BAKE AT 175 DEGREES, LET IT BAKE SLOWLY, IT WON'T SOFTEN AND IT'LL BE CRISPY AND DELICIOUS WHEN YOU ADD THE SYRUP ON IT. ADD THE HALF OF THE SYRUP ON IT WHEN YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THE OVEN, THEN ADD THE REST OF IT AFTER 20 MINUTES. SERVE IT WHEN IT COMPLETELY COOLS DOWN. MAY IT BE EASY!
