I quit social media for
I quit social media for 5 days! Follow my journey quitting social media distraction and deleting Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc off my phone. Because content creating is my job, I had to create my own rules for this challenge. I encourage you to set your own rules if you'd like to try this social media detox challenge!
After doing this, I've kicked the habit of checking Instagram/YouTube upon waking, which has been so great. It's still a work in progress, and I'm learning how to balance my time on & off social media. I do believe that everyone should try to unplug at least once a month!
