------------------ Ingredients - Dough ------------------
300g - White Bread Flour (or Plain Flour)
1 Large Egg
½ tsp - Salt
15g - Sugar
6g - Yeast
155 to 165ml - Warm water (add more if required)
30g - Butter (softened)
------------------ Ingredients - Tuna Filling ------------------
2 Tuna Tins (165g - after squeezing out all the liquid)
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Onion (finely chopped)
A pinch of Salt (to taste)
¼ tsp - Pepper Powder
¼ tsp - Roasted Cumin Seed Powder
2 tbsp - Green Coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp - Mayonnaise
------------------ Ingredients - Topping ------------------
Egg Wash (1 Egg + 1 tbsp Milk/Water)
Sesame Seeds (as required)
