Hey guys, welcome to Day 11 of the SUMMER SHRED CHALLENGE 2.0. We have a 20 min INTENSE ABS & CORE WORKOUT ❤  ❤ 🔥

This 20 minute abs workout will get your abs and core burning!  We are working the total abs and core to get your abs strong and toned.  It is perfect as a finisher or if you just want a quick abs workout. Join me for this workout and lets get that abs on fire!

Do this workout at home, no equipment needed!

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
