Hey guys, welcome to Day 1 of the SUMMER SHRED CHALLENGE 2.0. We are doing a 20 min INTENSE TOTAL ABS WORKOUT wooohoooo ❤

I know you guys love abs workouts! 😁 Join me for day 1 of this 4-week challenge! This is going to be an amazing opportunity to get lean and shred with me! We will be sweating and crying together haha. Today's workout is all about toning the ab muscles. We are working the lower abs, upper abs, obliques and core! It's a burner!! Hope you enjoy!

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
