Welcome to the Summer Shred Challenge! This programs offers diverse workout formats for all fitness levels. Whatever your health and fitness goals are, I want to help you achieve results!

To kick off the first workout of the challenge, we are doing a 30-minute Cardio Sweat & Sculpt routine! Exercises are designed for beginner to advanced levels but please go at your own pace.

The workout:
30-Minutes
3 blocks/4 exercises
2 Rounds

Equipment: Moderate/heavy weights & Mat
*Warm-up & Cool-down is included

Block 1
Dumbbell pick ups (alt arms)
Shuffles/double step touch
Side/front raise
Butt kicks

Block 2
RDL/reverse lunges/rack
Toy soldier/2 jacks
Renegade row pull throughs/angled push-up
High skips/knee lifts

Block 3
V-sit hold/Biceps curls
Mountain climbers/2 jacks
Skull crushers/hip bridge hold
Double leg stretch
