For over half a billion people around the world, cassava is a dietary staple.  Originating in South America, this incredibly versatile plant has weaved its way into the local food customs and traditions of the world’s subtropical regions, spreading to Southern Asia, Africa, and throughout the Pacific Islands.  

At Conscious Ground, our organic cassava is one of our favorite and most adaptable ingredients - used fresh, fermented, or as baking flour.
