Goat Curry or Mutton Masala in Pressure Cooker. Tender meat cooked in an onion gravy with aromatic whole spices. Enjoy this Mutton masala with naan or rice.
I make this Mutton Masala in north Indian style. It is the most basic and simple Mutton Masala recipe. No marination is required, however, you can marinate if you like.
Ingredients for Making Mutton Masala Recipe.
Marination of Mutton Masala
Mutton - 1 Kg
Ginger Garlic Green Chilli and Coriander Paste - 1/2 cup
Mutton Masala - 1 Tbsp
Degi Mirch - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Tbsp

Gravy Ingredients of Mutton Masala
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp

Mustard Oil - 1/2 Cup
Green Cardamom - 8
Black Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 1
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Bayleaf - 4
Whole Red Chilli - 5
Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
Royal Cumin - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 5
Onions - 5
Garlic Crushed - 20pcs
Coriander Leaves - a few
Hot Water - as required
Roasted Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
Silvatta Garam Masala - a pinch
