We are starting the Success
We are starting the Success Story Series to introduce to you, the new waiters / new waitresses some young people who have started as a new waiters and have worked hard to achieve their dreams! The good and bad of working as a waiter in a restaurant is important knowledge for you, so you know what is ahead of you and be prepared! Alex started in our business very young! 15 years old as it is required in Europe to go through 3 years of training in all possible positions at one hotel! Those kids are working very hard and they get paid very little! Once you are finished with the training though, your path to a quick career is wide open! Off course nothing happens without a hard work, a lot of learning and a lot of discipline! Still, just few years after the training period most of those kids are already working as managers in 4 and 5 stars hotels and building a career from there is even faster! The opportunities are unlimited and the whole world is open for them! From America to Dubai and Macao, the career opportunities are all over the globe!
