Ingredients:
1 kilo Mince Half chicken breast and half thigh
1 egg
2 tbs ghee or oil
1 tbs salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tbs Pakora masala
1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
1 onion 1 bunch cilantro few mint leaves 1 green pepper (mince)
tomato for topping
Oil for frying
