Best 6 abdos workout Home Exercises !! (At Home No Equipment)
A lot of people dream of having abs, but it takes a little bit of work. The main thing is still nutrition. You have to eat a balanced diet, not to overeat, exclude unhealthy foods such as sodas, fast food, sweets and also try to move a lot and lead an active lifestyle!

Our workout today is 6 exercises for 30 seconds each, with 10 seconds of rest between each exercise. A beginner can do 1-2 laps, but try to increase the results over time, an advanced athlete can do up to 10 of these laps. The rest time between rounds is up to 2 minutes!
