WATCH | Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s urgent court application to be released has been postponed

The urgent application by Dr Nandipha Magudumana was heard briefly in the Bloemfontein High Court on Friday. Earlier in the week Magudumana and her legal counsel filed an urgent court application at the Free State High Court for her to be released from prison immediately. The Department of Home Affairs has been added to the matter after being cited as the sixth respondent. The urgent application case will be heard next 1 June 2023. #News24Video
