Murder charges against Dr Nandipha Magudumana's father dropped

The state has dropped murder and arson charges against 65-year-old, Zolile Sekeleni, Dr Nandipha Magudumana's father. He is suspected of helping murderer and rapist, Thabo Bester, escape from prison. The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) says that there's no evidence linking Sekeleni to the charges. However, he still faces charges of fraud and defeating the ends of justice. He has been released on R10 000 bail.
