DungeonDraft | Victorian Mansion - Working With Different Styles!

Hey everyone, I am back with another timelapse! Today I wanted to talk a little bit about different styles and the assets that I have used.

I use a mix of assets from three main creators: AoA, SkrontStuff, and BirdieMaps as their work is fantastic and also allows for a commercial license, but this has come to be the style that I have worked with for over a year now.

However, I've also wanted to have the chance to work with Crosshead's, 2MTT's, or Dungeon Mapster's assets, which also offer a beautiful cartoony style.

If you like a more realistic style I would definitely recommend a seamless blend of Forgotten Adventures' or PeaPu's assets, although the latter can also blend in fairly well with Skront's assets.

I tend to use different assets depending on the setting (ie period of history) or maybe a commission (ie use of default DungeonDraft assets), and this makes it quite tricky in trying to maintain a consistent style or similar speed throughout.

As you might be able to see here, my actions are a little slower as I deliberate over the style and what assets I use next, and how they might blend together. This is okay, and is completely normal - all I can say is to experiment until you find a set of assets you really like to work with and get used to working with them!
