Hey there fitfam. i had some requests from clients and friends to make a video on my friday session. Every friday I meet up with a group of determined athletes to complete the Plate Workout. the plate workout consists of several exercises that trigger the whole body. The entire workout is done in three sets and the trick is you can't drop the plate at all between sets. You must find a way to keep the plate up the whole time until the whole set is done. You will do this three times. First set is reps of
