그냥 구워먹기만 해도 맛있는 삼겹살을 바삭하게 튀겨서 준비했어요~
잘못 튀기면 겉은 딱딱하고 속은 퍽퍽한데
오늘은 개떵이형이 겉은 바삭하고 속은 부드럽게 잘 튀겨줬네요!
맛은 조금 더 기름진 삼겹살 맛에 바삭한 식감이 더해진 느낌이에요!
그래서 불닭볶음면이랑 잘 어울리네요!
Today's menu is samgyeopsal fried rice and hot chicken stir-fried noodles made by Gaedeon hyung!
I prepared crispy fried pork belly that was delicious even if I just grilled it.
If you fry it wrong, it will be hard on the outside and tough on the inside.
Today, Gae Tteong-hyung is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, fried well!
The taste is a bit more oily pork belly taste with a crispy texture added!
That's why it goes well with hot chicken stir-fried noodles!
今日のメニューは犬の形が作ってくれたサムギョプサル揚げと焼きたての麺です！
ただ焼いて食べてもおいしいサムギョプサルをサクサク揚げて準備しました〜
間違って揚げると、外側は硬く、中はパクパクです。
今日は犬型が外はカリカリで中は優しくよく揚げてくれましたね！
味はもう少し脂っこいサムギョプサル味にサクッとした食感が加わった感じですよ！
だから火鶏炒め麺とよく似合いますね！
