Follow these easy steps to make this smoked Scottish haddock over a bed of potatoes and served with a creamy sauce and served with Laphroaig Single Malt Whisky for an unforgettable taste experience.

For this recipe you will need:
2 fillets of smoked haddock
300g maris piper potatoes
2 rashers of streaky bacon
1 onion
A small bunch of chives
150ml white wine
300ml double cream
100ml full fat milk
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp olive oil
Serve with Laphroaig Single Malt Whisky
