Keto DIY White Chocolate | Low-Carb DIY Chocolate Recipe

MACROS for 1 serving (25g // 1/4 cup):
160kcal / 1g net carbs / 0g sugar / 18g fat / 0g protein
I can't find low-carb white chocolate anywhere in stores, so I had to make my own. These have a great white chocolate flavor, but the texture for homemade chocolate will never be as smooth as commercial chocolate because we normal humans don't own $400 granite stone grinders to make this stuff as magically smooth as it should be.
NOTE- Cocoa butter and cacao butter are essentially the same thing, but cacao refers to raw, unheated cacao bean products, whereas cocoa tends to refer to cacao bean products processed with higher heat. Both types will work in this recipe.
