STORYLINE:
Melania Trump wrapped up a four-country tour of Africa on Saturday by visiting the pyramids and the Great Sphinx in Egypt.
The US first lady arrived in Cairo earlier in the day.
She met Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi and his wife, first lady Entissar Mohameed Amer, who later accompanied her to the airport upon her departure. ===========================================================
