Vegetable oil - 120ml
Milk - 350 ml
Yeast - 3 tsp.
Sugar - 3 tsp.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
1 egg yolk (for eggwash) - 1 pc.
Heat the milk to about 40 degrees. Put yeast in warm milk. Then combine all the ingredients. Knead the dough with a mixer for 15 minutes. Cover the dough with a lid or towel and place in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Divide the dough into portions, leave dough for proofing for 30 min then fill with any filling and form the pies. Brush with beaten egg. Put for 15-20 minutes in a warm place for proofing.
Bake at 180 ° C.
