I use to struggle to get the perfect cinnamon, i would always have failed attempts until i started researching and i came up with is simple recipe that even a beginner can try successfully in one attempt.
Try this recipe out and tell me what you think about it .
Recipe:
4 cups Flour
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
2 1/2 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1 egg
A Pinch of Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
Filling:
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Glaze:
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt/ Cream cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp vanilla Flavour
1 1/2 cup Icing Sugar/ Powder sugar
