A student film from the
A student film from the Nab'Ubomi 2008 Inter-School short film competition and festival in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. High School Learners write and pitch short film screenplays for consideration, the most promising scripts are selection to go into production as part of the film competition. The chosen script-writers get to direct their films and the other learners from the school are chosen to form a production crew. The students receive basic training and support from our film crew to make the film. All actors are from the school, all scenes are created on the school premises, and the film is shot in a single day.
MY REFLECTION was written and directed by Nobuntu Mangqalaza from Walmer High School in Port Elizabeth District. It is one of 11 films made in 2008.
