Addison Lee driver comes looking for me - EA16XOX at Gandalf Corner

Gandalf Corner again. I'm fine with him getting a driver awareness course and hopefully not losing his job. This chap was nice and polite too, although I felt quite uncomfortable with him coming up to me. OTOH speaking generally, people with lots of points I have less sympathy for as they have repeatedly chosen to drive badly and aren't learning from the points system. These are exactly the sort of drivers I think should be banned to give them more encouragement to learn to drive better in future.
