Fall Recipe Collab with my friends and fellow YouToubers!!  It's Day 14 and who's up for a simple and easy crockpot recipe!  This was sooooo delicious and it's a favorite new recipe so far this fall!!  I just love cooking in my crockpot!  Please check out the playlist listed below as well as others who had posted along to share with you recipes this fall they are loving!

Darla's Chicken Cacciatore from Fix-It and Forget-It Cookbook:
2 onions, thinly sliced
4 boneless chicken breasts (I used what I had, thighs)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried oregeno
1 tsp dried basil
1 bay leaf
2 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
Place onions in bottom of slow cooker.  Add remaining ingredients.  Cover. Cook on low 8 hours.  Serve over hot spaghetti (I used rigatoni pasta).
