Vacuum Metallizing Coating Process - How to metallize the plastic caps

This is the complete process for vacuum metallizing & coloring process.
Step I - Plastic injection
Step 2 - Loading & base laquer:
Load the production onto the jigs and then base lacquer applying
Step 3- Uniforming the base laquer: Levelling the base lacquer on the rotating shelf
Step 4- Oven heating up:
Put the products into the oven to heating up for 70-90min
Step 5- Vacuum metallizing in the vacuum chamber
Step 6- Topcoat spraying
Step 7- Coloring:
a. You may put tint into the topcoat liquid then you can apply different colors by a spraying gun
b. Water colording-You may apply colors by the liquid, this is fast and productive
Step 8- Dry the topcoat in the oven(about 30min)  or in room temperature
