How to make Gongura pickle or Gongura nilava pachadi or Pulicha keerai oorugai | Instant Gongura pickle without sun dry :

Ingredients (using 250ml cup):

Cooked gongura paste (red stem variety gongura) - 1 cup tightly packed
Round dry red chillies - 1 cup
Coriander seeds - 3/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 10 medium size
salt - 2 tbsp
Tamarind - medium lemon size
Oil - 3/4 cup
water - 1/2 cup for grinding


For Tempering:

Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Split Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 4 stems
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli - 5
