However really rare! https://www.wowhead.com/item=942/freezing-band With a meta filled with Rogues / DH etc, I am sure it could be useful for a lot of people. Effect: A single Freezing Band (stackable to 2) has a 1% chance to stun enemies each time they strike you in meele. This is a freeze stun so it is really good for Frost Mages and Frost DKs. 5 second duration each time, however dispellable. And has a normal DR school of 18 seconds!
