Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 14.2 May update now allows Hardware Encoding with your GPU regardless of CPU.
most videos i had seen about the new update all had Intel I9 CPUs so I decided to try the new update with my AMD Ryzen 9300x which now works as you no longer need Intel quicksync to harness the power of the GPU.
This update is a huge performance boost to creators on AMD systems.
Note this video only took 30seconds to encode with the hardware enabled.
