In my video " Simple Heart From Orange Zest Cocktail Garnish For Valentine's Day " I show a simple cocktail garnish technique, how to make a garnish for orange zest in the shape of a heart. What is great about this cocktail garnish technique is we don't need a skewer to attach garnish to the glass. Skewer in garnish is not a safe way to serve drinks or food, in my opinion. The orange heart stays well on the glass by itself. Of course, the heart garnish we serve for romantic meals, for kids on glass with juice or smoothie and much more!
