200g condensed milk (7 oz)
130 g butter (softened) (4.6 oz)
200 g coconut shavings(7 oz)
30 g almonds (1 oz)
100 g mascarpone (3.6 oz)
🍯Make the sweets:
✅Mix the softened butter with the mascarpone. Beat with an immersion blender.
✅Add condensed milk and continue beating until smooth.
✅Fill the coconut flakes with this mixture and mix thoroughly.
✅ Prepare the almonds. Pour hot water over them for 3 minutes, drain them, pour cold water over them, drain them. Peel them. Pour on paper towel.
Shape into candies:
✅ Shape into balls, put almonds inside and roll in coconut shavings.
Place them on a baking tray and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
