Welcome to this 25 min fiery vinyasa yoga flow an advanced practice for with minimal cues. Today's class focuses on less talking and more moving. Minimal cues means I'll be mentioning the pose name with the occasional reminder to breathe so you can really tune in to your body and focus on your practice. This fiery vinyasa flow includes backbends, hip openers and arm balances with plenty of time to breathe in each pose.

This class is great for intermediate or advanced yogis who know the poses well and don't need alignment cues.

Peak postures include:
- Extended Side Plank
- Standing Splits
- Sugarcane
- Wheel
- Bow
- Camel
