Shkodra is a place we wanted to get to know better.  Besides, Carnival is celebrated here and we are excited to attend. From authentic markets, to delicious traditional Albanian food, to a bustling unique city center and the Carnival activities, we are in the right place at the right time.  This is our first impression of Albania.
