Team motivation games can be a fun way to allow the team to think about and discuss their group identity. In this exercise the participants put the group’s identity into a logo. In a playful way, this exercise will stimulate the group’s creativity and cooperation skills! 🤜🤛

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:
1. Instead of making a logo for the group, they can design a logo that represents the organization or school the group belongs to. The exercise will be performed in the same way.
2. If you play variation one, you can suggest adopting the logo as the actual logo of the organization. Their contributions to the new logo will help the participants feel important and appreciated.
