The hot and fast method
The hot and fast method for cooking briskets is something that's been around for a while, but I personally have been hesitant to try it. I have my preferred method for cooking briskets and I don't steer away from that much. However, I finally decided to give it a try and see how it would compare to a classic low and slow smoked brisket. In this video, I'll share with you how I went about smoking this bad boy up, the changes I made to my method and of course, my final thoughts in the end.
