JupyterLab extension for Dependency Management

Thoth team is working on new thoth integration for Jupyter Lab that would make dependency management easier for developers (data scientists) and that would enhance their work with advises from Thoth.
Initial presentation of the extension point for Jupyter Lab, initial work on the backend part and handlers to manage dependencies are presented. Next steps are illustrated.
