The Guild of Irish Lacemakers were delighted to have Theresa Kelly as a speaker at our 2024 AGM
The theme of her talk is 'My Lace Practice as a Visual Artist -  Keeping the traditional story alive'. Theresa is a nationally and internationally renowned lacemaker who produces amazing contemporary lace work. Her work pushes the boundaries of lace making while still being grounded in the traditional techniques of Carrickmacross lace.
