🥣 Ingredients for the base:
4oz | 100g | 2/3 cup green buckwheat flour
2oz | 50g | 1/3 cup brown rice flour
1tbsp psyllium husk
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
5fl oz | 150ml | 2/3 cup water
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
1tbsp oil

🥣 Topping ingredients:
10oz | 280g | 1 medium size sweet potato
1tbsp oil
1tbsp brown sugar
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp paprika
1/2tsp dried Italian herbs
1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) (alternatives include crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper)

Salt to taste
🥣 Tomato sauce ingredients:
1 tomato
1.3oz | 40g | 1/4 cup raw cashews
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗If you do not have mandolin slicer you can use a knife, cheese planer or vegetable peeler.
❗You can substitute psyllium husk for chia seeds or flax seeds.
❗ Korean chilli flakes (gochugaru) alternatives include crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.

🥣 Method:
Peel 10oz | 280g | 1 medium size sweet potato.
Using a mandolin slicer or a knife, thinly slice the peeled sweet potato.  
Place to a large mixing bowl.
Add 1tbsp oil, 1tbsp brown sugar, 1/2tsp garlic powder, 1/2tsp paprika, 1/2tsp dried Italian herbs, 1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) (ℹ️ alternatives include crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper), salt to taste.
Set aside.
In a boiling water soak 1.3oz | 40g | 1/4 cup raw cashews for 15 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl combine  4oz | 100g | 2/3 cup green buckwheat flour,
2oz | 50g | 1/3 cup brown rice flour, 1tbsp psyllium husk (ℹ️ alternatives include chia seeds and flax seeds), 1/2tsp baking soda, 1/2tsp salt, 5fl oz | 150ml | 2/3 cup water, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1tbsp oil.
Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.
Cook on medium heat 1/2 chopped onion for 3 minutes.
Chop 2 garlic cloves.
Cut 1 medium size tomato.
Add chopped garlic and sliced tomato to the onion and cook for a few minutes.
Spray or drizzle baking tray with oil. ℹ️ Baking tray size 10 inch (25cm).
Spread the dough on the baking tray.
ℹ️The dough is sticky, slightly oil your hands or alternatively you can use a  spatula.
Transfer cooked tomato mixture into a food processor, add soaked cashews and blend until smooth.
Spread the tomato sauce first and then sweet potato slices on the top of the dough.
Bake in the preheated oven at 360F | 180C for 30 minutes.
