Solemn pledge on July 20, 2019 in Bendlerblock. It plays the music corps of the Bundeswehr under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel Scheibling. It orders the commander of the guard battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Kai Beinke. The honorary formation is led by the Chief of the 5th Company of the Guard Battalion, Major Nestler. The soldiers who have come to the pledge today come from the following units: Armoured Infantry Battalion 212 from Augustdorf, Guard Battalion from Berlin, Logistics Battalion 171 from Burg, Information Technology Battalion 281 from Gerolstein, Medical Regiment 1 from Weissenfels, Naval Officers School from Plön and Air Force Training Battalion from Roth.
