I've been going through some changes that involves being more self aware of what I eat and drink, who I'm around with, the relationships that I have, and how disciplined I am to my goals. Enjoy this music video that explains that I'm no longer the Leedong you knew from a year ago. My standards have risen and I have better boundaries. A year from now, I won't be this version of Leedong anymore either, In life, there are often cycles of good and bad, loss and gain, pain and joy, solitude and community.
