How to make New Orleans Stuffed Bell Peppers (2015 version)

New Orleans Native Charlie Andrews Gives a demonstration on how to make one of New Orleans most popular dishes. Stuffed Bell Peppers! There are many recipes out there for stuffed bell peppers BUT these Stuffed Peppers are one of a kind down here in New Orleans!!!! A favorite especially around the holidays. They are eaten all year long. Unlike others who put rice, carrots, tomatoes and potatoes in their Bell Peppers, New Orleans natives make a stuffing. Seafood such and shrimp and crab meat is added.  We also add diced ham in our dressing as well. Seasonings and seafood stock is added along with breadcrumbs to make some delicious Bell Peppers!!!!
