Polara 8 wires/ 2 Polara iNS and Polara EN2 Crosswalk Buttons at Patriot Blvd and Chestnut Ave

Polara Buttons installed. 2 Buttons were replaced with iNS that make a machine gun noise. Also the EN2 make a machine gun noise. The 8 wire 3 work only they say "Walk sign is on" and one just makes a buzzing noise.
