If you failed with cilantro or dill before… try this instead

If you’re sad that the dill you planted last year with your cucumbers to make pickles or the cilantro you planted for salsa started flowering… don’t be.  

Dill and Cilantro are cool weather crops… here in the southeast … we get a solid 3 weeks of real spring weather before it gets hot 🥵.

I’ve had better luck planting dill and cilantro in the fall and freezing to use throughout the year.
