We start at dawn in
We start at dawn in Däniken, with a train set for the terminal in Domat/Ems on the RhB network in Graubünden. For this purpose, we're travelling in a Siemens Vectron locomotive that has been modified for operation under 11 kV AC, the standard voltage on the RhB narrow gauge network.
From the end of the standard gauge railway in Chur, we'll be travelling on a narrow gauge track with a third rail, allowing standard gauge trains access.
